Feeding time at the Zoo 🦴 Gorging is a natural way of feeding for Lions due to their metabolism. In the wild, Lions will hunt their prey and eat as much as they can before sleeping it off over the next couple of days - our Lions are no exception! Here at Wellington Zoo, we replicate how they would eat in the wild.
