Next season we will perform Akram Khan’s re-imagining of Giselle and a brand new full-length work, Creature. Our relationship with the acclaimed choreographer began in 2014, with the piece Dust. In this video, he and Tamara Rojo talk about how he absorbed the classical way our dancers move, and worked it into his own vocabulary, which is based on another classical tradition, kathak, and contemporary dance.
