Meet the Black Serval, an extremely rare variant of the serval wildcat (Leptailurus serval), a species native to Africa. For those unfamiliar with servals, they are often nicknamed “miniature cheetahs” of Africa. They have a slender build, stand about 54–62 cm tall, weigh between 9 and 18 kg, and are remarkably athletic—capable of reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h and jumping as high as 3 meters to catch prey.
